The system “Raschet” is the automated system operating on the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
The system “Raschet” provides the opportunity of air tickets payment:
- In easy for you way (in cash, by credit card or through the web-money system);
- at any convenient time: (not later than the term of payment indicated on the web-site www.belavia.by during air tickets booking, otherwise it will be cancelled without compensation or refund);
- through the suitable payment acceptance outlets including:
- cash departments;
- payment terminals;
- info terminals;
- web-money systems
For the air ticket payment through the system “Raschet” you have to pass the following steps:
- Please, book an air ticket on the web- site www.belavia.by and get:
- reservation code (PNR);
- the unique order number (eight digits)
- confirmation of your reservation by e-mail. The mentioned e-mail contains:
- order number;
- the deadline of order payment, in case of term expiration the order is cancelled without any refund or compensation
- Please, pay your air ticket in any convenient for you way without exceeding time limit of your order payment:
- variant 1: if the payment is made in bank cash departments, connected to the system “Raschet”:
- inform a cashier about your payment of Belavia services through the system “Raschet”
- inform a cashier your order number;
- make payment (by credit card or in cash);
- get your payment confirmation receipt
- variant 2: if the payment is made with self-service payment facilities connected to the system “Raschet”*: if the payment is made with self-service payment facilities connected to the system “Raschet:
- Please, choose the section for Belavia service payment through the system “Raschet” (this section may be called ERIP/Belavia payment) on screen menu of self-service payment facility
- Enter your order number;
- Make payment (by credit card or in cash)
- Get your payment confirmation receipt
- variant 3: if the payment is made through the web- money system
- for the WebMoney (WMB) payment enter order number on the web- site http://www.wmtransfer.by/pay.asp in the section “Belavia- Air tickets payment” that was received during reservation on the web- site of Belavia and according to the WebMoney service instructions make the payment;
- for EasyPay payment click the link https://ssl.easypay.by/sou, in the catalogue of goods and services choose “Belavia- Air tickets payment”, enter the e-wallet number, password and according to the EasyPay service instructions make the payment.
- Not later than 3 (three) hours from the moment of payment through the system “Raschet” you will receive a notification with the link to the e-ticket itinerary/receipt. Take into consideration the following information:
- e- ticket itinerary/receipt is the confirmation of issuance of a ticket and contains the unique e-ticket number;
- notification is sent to the e-mail address of the first passenger, indicated while booking. If you are not the first passenger, please contact him to clarify the situation with an e-ticket itinerary/receipt issuance.
- Please, pay attention that you can find out your e-ticket number and print an e-ticket itinerary/receipt, that contains your e-ticket number by entering the following data on the web- site www.belavia.by in the section “Reservation” (please, follow the link http://belavia.by/reserve/ ):
- reservation code (PNR), indicated during air ticket booking and printed on the receipt;
- surname of the first passenger (in Latin letters).

The absence of printed e-ticket itinerary/receipt, that contains your e-ticket number, is not the reason for refusal in transportation , but we strongly recommend you to print it as numerous airport security services require to show it at the check-in desk. At the departure airport during the check-in, please, show your passport to find your paid air ticket.
Note:
Attention! Please, save your receipt that can be used to settle any disputes arisen from air transportation.
