For one purchased tour (one application), points can only be credited to one member's card. The cardholder should be included in the list of persons who are provided with the services within the purchased tour that means to be a tourist.
Points are credited to the member’s account within a month following the month in which the flight for the purchased and paid tour took place.
In case of tour refusal for any reasons or the absence of the fact of departure on the applicaton, the points are not awarded.
In case if the points have not been accrued, the member can apply to the program by providing a copy of the boarding pass, not later than 6 months from the date of departure of the first flight air ticket coupon included in the tourist package (for tours booked after 04.12.2017).
