In order to get a refund for the ticket, bought on the site
www.belavia.by, the Passenger shall apply to the Customer service of the Company.
Refund can be voluntary and involuntary. Voluntary refund is a standard procedure described below. In case of involuntary refund please contact Customer service, tel: + 375 (17) 216 21 01
In order to cancel your ticket you need to fill in
«Application for refund» and send it with the copy of passport of the passenger (one of passengers stated in the ticket) at the following e-mail
support@belavia.by or fax: + 375 (17) 216 22 10
If you want to make ticket return, Customer service supervisor will make a return and send you the notification through e-mail.
If you want to make ticket change, Customer service supervisor will return your ticket, after that you can book another ticket independently on the site

The amount refunded on the e-ticket shall be transferred to the plastic card used to pay for the ticket within 30 days
Refund shall be made in the same way as for the payment - to the account of card holder used for payment
If you cancel a number tickets paid by one card, please state in your application the name of the passenger/payer, who initiates the payment refund as well as submit the copies of passports (or other identification documents) of other passengers, who would like to get a refund.
Difference in the amount, arising in the process of refund to the card of the client, for the reason of currency conversion and payment for bank services, cannot serve as a ground for any claims in respect of the company.
If you fail to submit the application or copy of passenger’s passport or information stated is not correct, you cannot make a ticket return.
