Belavia enters the top of the best Regional Airlines in the world

The American Airline Association APEX has given to Belavia’s service the highest rating, which is Five stars among the Large Regional Airlines.

Within the rating, experts and passengers evaluated the quality of service of about 470 airlines. According to the voting results, only 12 percent of all participating Airlines received the rating of 5 stars. Another 15% became the holders of the “Four stars” rating.

Experts evaluated the Airlines in three categories: “Global Airlines”, “Large Regional Airlines” and “Low costs”.

Belavia received the highest Five stars rating among the Large Regional Airlines such as Air Astana, Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, Virgin Australia and others. It received “Four stars” in the rating of the same category among Air Serbia, Brussels Airlines, Egyptair, Fiji Airways, S7 Airlines.

“The presented survey is very important for Belavia-Belarusian Airlines, as it is based on the flights experience of passengers who directly use the services of many Airlines, as well as on the opinion of experts of the world’s largest Air Transportation Market. We are progressing and taking into account the wishes of our customers, therefore we hope that in the future passengers will also view only improvements in the Airline’s service and will use our services again,” – said Director General of Belavia-Belarusian Airlines Anatoly Gusarov.

The best Global Carriers are Aeroflot, Austrian, China Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Emirates, Etihad Airways, Lufthansa, Qatar Airways, SWISS, Turkish Airlines.

According to the rating the best Low-Costers are Azul Brazilian Airlines, GOL, JetBlue, Nok Air, Virgin America, WestJet. Air Baltic, Eurowings, Interjet, Wizz Air received Four stars among Low-Costers.

The presented rating is based on reviews of more than 13 million passengers, the users of the TripIt application, which collects information about flights on the smartphone. This is the first APEX rating, which was compiled and published solely on the basis of certified reviews of air passengers. The APEX Association is based in the United States and has been specializing for four decades in the comprehensive study of the quality of passenger service at the aircraft. This is a network of companies and professionals who are striving to provide world-class service on the scale of the entire Air Transportation Market.
