Personal data processing
In accordance with Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 99-Z dated May 7, 2021 "On the Protection of Personal Data," you, as a data subject, hereby give your consent to Belavia Belarusian Airlines, registered at the address: Republic of Belarus, 220004, Minsk, 14A Nemiga Street, to process your personal data.
Purpose of personal data processing:
Registration and participation in the "Belavia Leader" loyalty program.
List of personal data for which you give your consent to processing:
- Email address, surname, first name, date of birth, gender, passport series, passport number, expiration date, country of issue (mandatory).
- Patronymic (optional).
To achieve the specified purpose, Belavia Belarusian Airlines carries out the following actions regarding the processing of your personal data: collection, systematization, accumulation, use, storage, and deletion.
For the purpose of registration and participation in the "Belavia Leader" loyalty program via email address, Belavia Belarusian Airlines uses cloud storage and carries out cross-border transfer of personal data to the Russian Federation, where an adequate level of protection of the rights of personal data subjects is ensured.
Belavia Belarusian Airlines processes your personal data using automation tools and with the involvement of authorized persons providing technical support for the information resources (systems) of Belavia Belarusian Airlines: Novaya Studiya LLC, Moscow, Nobel St. (Skolkovo Innovation Center Territory), building 7, floor 2, room No. 57, workplace No. 6; AERONAVIGATOR LLC, St. Petersburg, intra-city municipal district No. 65, Optikov St., building 34, block 1, letter A, apartment 212.
Period for which you give consent to the processing of personal data: 3 years from the date of last activity.
Information about rights related to the processing of personal data, the mechanism for exercising such rights, and the consequences of giving or refusing to give such consent.

Right to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data.
You have the right to withdraw, at any time and without providing a reason, the consent given to Belavia Belarusian Airlines for the processing of your personal data by means of:
- filling out the electronic "Withdrawal of Consent" form on the website of Belavia Belarusian Airlines, located at https://belavia.by/konfidencialnost/;
- sending an electronic message stating your request to the email addresses dpo@belavia.by, leader@belavia.by. -
Right to obtain information concerning the processing of your personal data.
You have the right to obtain information about the location of Belavia Belarusian Airlines, to receive confirmation of the fact of processing of your personal data, to learn the specific list of personal data being processed, the source of their receipt, the legal grounds and purposes of the processing of personal data, the period for which consent has been given, as well as to be informed of the name and location of the authorized persons of Belavia Belarusian Airlines. In doing so, you are not required to justify your interest in the requested information. -
Right to have your personal data amended.
If your personal data is incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, you have the right to submit an application to Belavia Belarusian Airlines justifying the need for such amendments. -
Right to obtain information about the disclosure of your personal data to third parties.
You have the right to receive from Belavia Belarusian Airlines, once per calendar year free of charge, information about the disclosure of your personal data to third parties. -
Right to terminate the processing of personal data and (or) have it deleted.
You have the right to demand that Belavia Belarusian Airlines, free of charge, terminate the processing and (or) delete your personal data, provided Belavia Belarusian Airlines has no other legal grounds for processing as stipulated by legislation. -
Right to appeal actions (inaction) and decisions of the Operator.
You have the right to appeal the actions (inaction) and decisions of Belavia Belarusian Airlines that violate your rights in the processing of personal data to the National Center for Personal Data Protection, in the manner established by legislation on appeals of citizens and legal entities.
Belavia Belarusian Airlines assists in the exercise of your rights upon receipt of a written application or an application in the form of an electronic document from you.
A written application should be sent to the address: Republic of Belarus, 220004, Minsk, 14A Nemiga Street.
An application in the form of an electronic document should be sent to the email address dpo@belavia.by.
The application must contain:
- the surname, given name, and patronymic (if any) of the personal data subject;
- the address of their place of residence (place of stay);
- the date of birth of the personal data subject;
- a statement of the essence of the personal data subject's requirements;
- the personal signature or electronic digital signature of the personal data subject.
The period for reviewing your application shall not exceed 15 days. An exception applies to the review of an application for the exercise of the right to obtain information concerning the processing of your personal data, which will be reviewed within 5 business days.
Having received your consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of registration and participation in the "Belavia Leader" loyalty program, Belavia Belarusian Airlines obtains a legal basis for processing it in order to register you as a participant in the "Belavia Leader" loyalty program. Your refusal to give consent will not allow Belavia Belarusian Airlines to register you as a participant in the "Belavia Leader" loyalty program. In the event of withdrawal of consent, your "Belavia Leader" account will be deleted (blocked), and information about your activity and accumulated points will be canceled.
