Terms of Personal Data Processing

You, as a data subject, give your consent to Belavia - Belarusian Airlines, Republic of Belarus, 220004, Minsk, 14 Nemiga Street, to process your personal data specified in the applicant's questionnaire: last name, first name, patronymic, date of birth, phone numbers, email address, information about education, work experience, length of service, and other data specified in the questionnaire — for the purpose of considering your candidacy for a vacant position.

To achieve the stated purpose, Belavia - Belarusian Airlines performs the following actions in processing your personal data: collection, systematization, storage, modification, use, transfer to authorized persons, and deletion of personal data.

Belavia - Belarusian Airlines processes your personal data using automated means and with the involvement of authorized persons providing information and technical support for the information resources (systems) of Belavia - Belarusian Airlines.

The period for which consent to personal data processing is granted is no more than 1 year from the date of giving consent. The procedure for processing personal data is determined by the Personal Data Processing Policy of Belavia - Belarusian Airlines.

Your Rights Related to Personal Data Processing, the Mechanism for Exercising Such Rights, and the Consequences of Giving or Refusing to Give Consent:

In accordance with personal data legislation, Belavia - Belarusian Airlines is the operator, and you are the data subject with the following rights:

• The right to receive information regarding the processing of your personal data.
  You are entitled to obtain information about the location of Belavia - Belarusian Airlines, receive confirmation that your personal data is being processed, learn the specific list of personal data being processed, their source, the legal grounds and purposes of processing, the consent period, and the names and locations of authorized persons of Belavia - Belarusian Airlines. You are not required to justify your interest in the requested information.
• The right to amend your personal data.
  If your personal data is incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, you are entitled to submit an application to Belavia - Belarusian Airlines justifying the need for such amendments.
• The right to receive information about the transfer of your personal data to third parties.
  You are entitled to receive from Belavia - Belarusian Airlines information about the transfer of your personal data to third parties once per calendar year, free of charge.
• The right to cease processing and/or deletion of personal data.
  You are entitled to demand from Belavia - Belarusian Airlines the free-of-charge cessation of processing and/or deletion of your personal data (in the absence of other legal grounds for processing provided by applicable law).
• The right to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data.
  You are entitled at any time, without explanation, to withdraw your consent granted to Belavia - Belarusian Airlines for the processing of your personal data by:
• sending an email containing your last name, first name, and patronymic as indicated in the questionnaire, along with your request, to the email address dpo@belavia.by;
• or by submitting a written application to Belavia - Belarusian Airlines (the procedure is described below).
• The right to appeal against the actions (inactions) and decisions of the operator.
  You are entitled to appeal against actions (inactions) and decisions of Belavia - Belarusian Airlines that violate your rights in the processing of personal data to the National Personal Data Protection Center of the Republic of Belarus, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation on citizens' and legal entities' appeals.

To Exercise the Above Rights:

You must submit a written application or an application in the form of an electronic document to Belavia - Belarusian Airlines.

An electronic document is understood as a document in electronic form signed with a digital electronic signature recognized in the Republic of Belarus. The application must contain: last name, first name, patronymic (if applicable), residential address, date of birth, the substance of the request, and a personal or digital electronic signature.

The review period for your application shall not exceed 15 days, except for applications regarding the right to receive information about the processing of your personal data, which shall be reviewed within 5 working days.

Please note that upon receiving consent to process your personal data contained in the applicant's questionnaire submitted via the website belavia.by, Belavia - Belarusian Airlines obtains a legal basis to process such data for the purpose of considering your candidacy for a vacant position.

Refusal to give consent to the processing of your personal data will make it impossible for you to submit, and accordingly for Belavia - Belarusian Airlines to receive and consider, your applicant's questionnaire via the website belavia.by. However, Belavia - Belarusian Airlines does not deny you the opportunity to submit your applicant's questionnaire in written form or as an electronic document.
