Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
In accordance with Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated May 7, 2021, No. 99-Z "On the Protection of Personal Data," you, as the subject of personal data, give consent to Belavia Belarusian Airlines, registered at the address: Republic of Belarus, 220004, Minsk, Nemiga St., 14A, for the processing of your personal data.
Purpose of processing personal data:
Registration and use of a personal account on the website www.belavia.by
List of personal data for which you give consent to processing:
- Email address.
After registering a personal account, you may provide additional information, such as last name, first name, date of birth, gender, passport series, number, expiration date, country of issue, which are not mandatory and are only necessary for making a booking. This data will be used solely for the purpose of providing air transportation services and communicating with you regarding the concluded contract.
To achieve the specified purpose, Belavia Belarusian Airlines carries out the following actions in processing your personal data: collection, systematization, accumulation, use, storage, deletion.
For the purpose of sending service messages (registration confirmation, password recovery/change) via email, Belavia Belarusian Airlines uses cloud storage and carries out cross-border transfer of personal data to the Russian Federation, where an adequate level of protection of the rights of personal data subjects is ensured.
Belavia Belarusian Airlines processes your personal data using automation tools and with the involvement of an authorized person providing technical support for the information resources (systems) of Belavia Belarusian Airlines: Novaya Studia LLC, Moscow, Nobel St. (Skolkovo Innovation Center Territory), building 7, floor 2, room No. 57, workplace No. 6.
Period for which you give consent to the processing of personal data: 3 years from the date of last activity.
Information on rights related to the processing of personal data, the mechanism for exercising such rights, as well as the consequences of giving or refusing to give such consent.

Right to obtain information concerning the processing of your personal data.
You have the right to obtain information about the location of Belavia Belarusian Airlines, to receive confirmation of the fact of processing of your personal data, to find out the specific list of personal data being processed, the source of its receipt, the legal grounds and purposes of processing personal data, the period for which consent is given, as well as to familiarize yourself with the name and location of the authorized persons of Belavia Belarusian Airlines. In doing so, you do not need to justify your interest in the requested information. -
Right to make changes to your personal data.
If your personal data is incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, you have the right to submit an application to Belavia Belarusian Airlines justifying the need for such changes. -
Right to obtain information about the disclosure of your personal data to third parties.
You have the right to receive from Belavia Belarusian Airlines information about the disclosure of your personal data to third parties once per calendar year free of charge. -
Right to cease processing of personal data and (or) delete it.
You have the right to demand from Belavia Belarusian Airlines the free cessation of processing and (or) deletion of your personal data in the absence of other grounds for processing provided for by legislation available to Belavia Belarusian Airlines. -
Right to appeal actions (inaction) and decisions of the Operator.
You have the right to appeal actions (inaction) and decisions of Belavia Belarusian Airlines that violate your rights during the processing of personal data to the National Center for Personal Data Protection in the manner established by legislation on appeals of citizens and legal entities.
Belavia Belarusian Airlines assists in the exercise of your rights upon receiving an application from you in written form or in the form of an electronic document.
An application in written form should be sent to the address: Republic of Belarus, 220004, Minsk, Nemiga St., 14A.
An application in the form of an electronic document should be sent to the email address dpo@belavia.by.
The application must contain:
- last name, first name, patronymic (if any) of the personal data subject,
- address of his/her place of residence (place of stay);
- date of birth of the personal data subject;
- a statement of the essence of the personal data subject's demands;
- personal signature or electronic digital signature of the personal data subject.
The period for reviewing your application shall be no more than 15 days. An exception is the review of an application for the exercise of the right to obtain information concerning the processing of your personal data, which will be reviewed within 5 business days.
By obtaining consent to the processing of personal data, Belavia Belarusian Airlines acquires the legal right to process personal data for the purpose of your registration and use of a personal account on the website www.belavia.by. Refusal to give consent makes it impossible to register and further use the personal account.
To exercise the right to withdraw consent, you may write a message in free form clearly indicating your intention to withdraw consent to the email address dpo@belavia.by, from the email address with which the account was registered.
