If necessary, when making a transfer order, you can indicate any wishes for the service (e.g. child seat, English-speaking driver, etc.). In case you have several baggage items be kind to inform about it so that the company can offer you the most suitable car option.

After the service is ordered, not later than 2 hours before the car is picked up, all the necessary data on your trip will be sent to the specified email, phone or messenger: vehicle brand, car colour and number, driver's name and phone number.

The price of the transfer service from Minsk National Airport includes a free waiting time of up to 1 hour from the moment the aircraft lands, so that you can take your time to collect your baggage and go through all the necessary procedures. You also don’t have to worry if your flight is delayed - all schedule changes are tracked and the car will be picked up at the actual time of arrival. The driver will meet you with a name-plate in the arrival sector of your flight (indicated on the board at the airport).
