Minsk National Airport is the main air gate of the Republic of Belarus. It is characterized by dominating geographic location due to the fact as it is located at the intersection of the most significant lines connecting Western Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). The airport is a member of the Airports Council International.
Minsk National Airport:
- Has a runway length of 3641 m (CAT II), which allows to serve all types of aircraft on 24-hour basis;
- Has a terminal with a capacity of 3.0 million passengers per year;
- The terminal includes 6 gates: 1-2 are mainly used for the Customs Union destinations flights, 3-6 - for the departure of passengers to other states.

There are catering zones, recreation areas, WC at each gate. In zones 3-6 of departure passengers have the opportunity to visit the duty free shops.
