- Towage of a car in case of breakdown or accident with damages of any complexity, by any method;
- Extraction of a car from the ditch of any complexity, dirt, snow, parking, garage;
- Technical assistance services: jump starting of the engine, replacing a wheel if the spare wheel is available, fuel delivery;
- Opening a car in the absence of a key, in case of door lock jam, deactivation of alarm system;
- Informational support on insurance issues, initial consultation in case of an insured event, call of the road traffic police and ambulance to the accident scene.
The services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Ordering the towage and / or technical assistance services you receive points to your personal account in the «Belavia Leader» program calculated as:
- 1 point* for each 1 Euro spent (equivalent in Belarusian rubles at the official currency rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus on the day of payment) in case of service delivery by Auto-Assistance plus Ltd.
For charge of points to the account in the «Belavia Leader» program, please, specify your personal member ID before the paying for the services of Auto-Assistance plus Ltd.
The points are charged monthly in the month following the month when the services have been provided by the partner. If the points have not been added, you can contact Auto-Assistance plus Ltd. within 6 month from the moment of payment.
