New flight of Belavia: Minsk Riga

Starting from January 19, 2010 Belavia Belarusian Airlines begins to operate regular flights on the route Minsk- Riga.

Initially Belavia will operate flights on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays on the comfortable jet CRJ- 100/200. Business class and economy class services will be provided. The flight time is 65 minutes. With the introduction of new flights frequency the total quantity of flights between the 2 capitals will amount to 10 times a week. All the flights will be operated jointly with the Latvia flag air carrier "Air Baltic" according to the signed agreement of the joint air route operation.

The minimum fare for the one way ticket is 78 euros, for the return ticket is 156 euros (airport charges are not included).

The time schedule of Belavia flights on the route Minsk- Riga- Minsk will permit to increase the transit passenger flow traveling via the National airport "Minsk" on the whole route net of the Belarusian airline.
