The airline "Belavia" announces production performance indicators in November 2014
The airline "Belavia" summed up the results of work in November and during eleven months in 2014.
In the eleventh month of 2014 "Belavia" delivered 115,585 passengers to the points of destination, which is 25.8% more than in November last year. Passenger traffic increased by 35.7% in comparison to the same period of the last year.
The airline carried 1,858,328 passengers in the period from January through November 2014, which is 122.5% to the results of the eleven months of the last year. Passenger traffic for the period starting from the beginning of 2014 increased by 23.3% in comparison to the results of the same period in 2013.
The volume of cargo and post delivered by the airline "Belavia" in November increased by 10.9% in comparison to the eleventh month of 2013 and made up to 202.6 tons. During the eleven months of 2014 1,990.6 tons of cargo and post were transported, which is 112.3% of the results of the same period in 2013. Cargo turnover increased by 12.3% in comparison to the eleven months of the last year.
To stimulate sales of air transportation "Belavia" carries out a campaign on the sale of tickets in 24 directions of the route network. The tickets can be purchased on the website of the airline. They are sold for 99 euros one way in 24 routes of a regular network until December 11, 2014 (taxes and fees are included in the fare). The flight can be started before the end of the winter schedule (till March 28, 2015).
A seminar-workshop with the participation of the working group of the airline "Belavia" and representatives of the corporation "Boeing Commercial Airplanes" and agency Teague was held on November 19-20 in Minsk. The current state of the airline brand was discussed during the meeting. At the present time the data are analyzed by the experts of the corporation "Boeing Commercial Airplanes" and the agency Teague.
The band "J: Mors" held an acoustic concert for half an hour on November 5 on board of the aircraft "Belavia" that served its regular flight to Amsterdam. Passengers who bought tickets for a regular flight to Amsterdam and who did not expect that Belarusian executants would perform in front of them played a role of listeners.
