“Feel the taste of Belarus”: the foreign passengers, who arrived to Minsk on July 3, were met with sweet gingerbreads near an airstair.

An unexpected surprise was received by the guests of the Belarusian capital who arrived to the National airport “Minsk” in the morning on July 3. On the occasion of the Independence Day, the confectionary “Cakes.by” supported but the air company “Belavia – Belarusian Airlines” presented them with sweet festive gingerbreads. The distribution of sweets was organized by the confectionary staff who changed kitchen aprons for modern and very nice national dresses on this occasion. They have made the gingerbreads in the shape of a heart and with the note “I love Belarus” by themselves.

“Welcome to Minsk! There is a high-day in our country today – the Independence Day. Due to this fact, please, take this small gift – sweet gingerbread. “Feel the taste of Belarus!” with such words the passengers of “Belavia – Belarusian Airlines” flights were met by the girls near an airstair. The guests to Belarus who arrived to Minsk from Astana, Vilnius and Kiev were delightedly surprised, thanked for the gift and had their pictures taken together with the girls with pleasure. But the main thing is that they had taken their first steps on the Belarusian land with a smile.

“Our main target was to make people, who arrived to Minsk on July 3, feel that this day is a special day to our country, make them feel the festive atmosphere and the Belarusian hospitality” – highlighted the director of “Cakes.by” – Anastasia Shireyko.

More than one hundred sweet gifts were distributed to the people who had been waiting for their flights at the departure areas by the girls.
