Flight suspension to some destinations in Russia

Due to the suspension of international air traffic in some countries due to the situation with the coronavirus, Belavia suspends flights on the following routes from 18.03 to 30.04.2020:

• Voronezh;
• Krasnodar;
• Kazan;
• Moscow (Zhukovsky airport);
• Nizhny Novgorod;
• Rostov-on-Don;
• Sochi.

Passengers transiting from Minsk through Russian airports are allowed to fly through Russian airports. Russian citizens are also allowed to transit through Minsk.

For Belarus citizens, who are forbidden to enter the cities of Russia due to this situation, there will be a refund of the ticket price or rescheduling the date  departure without a penalty.

A refund or change of departure date for cancelled flights can be made until December 31, 2020.

You will be able to contact the ticket offices, airline representative offices, as well as the support service on this issue at any time until the end of 2020, you do not need to do it right now, all your ticket information is stored in our system, so you can contact us after the expected date of flight, giving your ticket number. You can change your flight date only once. You have a few months to think about when you want to fly on this ticket next time.

In case of request for refund or exchange for flights that are operated and not cancelled (group or individual fare) - refund and exchange will be made in accordance with fare rules.
