Belavia-Belarusian Airlines extends the elite level in the loyalty program “Belavia-Leader” and cancels the writing-off of accumulated points

Dear passengers,

We realize that most of you had to postpone the trip and stay at home viewing the spread of the infection COVID-19. Under the current circumstances most participants of the program will not have the possibility to prove and save their level, that is why we change some rules in the loyalty program “Belavia-Leader”.

At present the duration of validity of the elite level (silver, gold) is extended for one year (till January, 2022). Therefore, if in the year 2020 you had the elite level and in this year you could not obtain the services of Belavia-Belarusian Airlines and prove your status, your level would be saved for the next year. The obligatory condition for the extension of level validity is to have at least three flight segments on the balance in 2020. The changes are applied only in the current year. 

Besides, the absence of flight activity on the balance within the year 2020 will not lead to points writing-off the next year, meaning that the number of points on the participant’s account will be saved for passengers of all levels (classic, silver, gold). Please, remember that according to the rules of the program, the points will be written-off in case there are no any registered flights on the participant’s account.
