Information for passengers, the Lost&Found and Claims department work

Dear passengers! Due to additional measures accepted to prevent the risk of catching COVID-19, the Lost&Found and Claims department located at the airline's head office, does not receive visitors temporarily.

You can issue a claim in the following way:

• to the airline's email address claims@belavia.by;
• by post to the address: Nemiga str. 14 A, Minsk, 220004, The Republic of Belarus;
• if you bring a claim personally, you can put it in the letter box at the entrance to the airline's head office.
