Information for passengers, the Lost&Found and Claims department work
Dear passengers! Due to additional measures accepted to prevent the risk of catching COVID-19, the Lost&Found and Claims department located at the airline's head office, does not receive visitors temporarily.
You can issue a claim in the following way:
- to the airline's email address email@example.com;
- by post to the address: Nemiga str. 14 A, Minsk, 220004, The Republic of Belarus;
- if you bring a claim personally, you can put it in the letter box at the entrance to the airline's head office.
