Change of entry regulations into Netherlands

From 23.01.2021 all passengers starting from 13 years old flying to Amsterdam, including transit passengers who continue their journey via Amsterdam, must:

  1. Have a negative PCR test; the test must be performed not earlier than 72 hours before arrival to Amsterdam. You must also have printed an filled-in the Negative Test Declaration: https://www.government.nl/topics/coronavirus-covid-19/documents/forms/2020/12/04/coronavirus-negative-test-declaration-form; and
  2. Make a paid express (rapid) antigen-test – it must be taken at Minsk airport within 4 hours before departure of flight B2867. The cost of the test is up to 15-20 euro (converted into Belarusian rubles on the date of departure).
  3. All information about cost and payment of the test you can find on  https://en.belavia.by/covid_restriction_information/

Please, note that these TWO tests are obligatory. In case coronavirus COVID-19 is detected by one of the two obligatory tests the passenger can not board the flight.
