You must also have printed an filled-in the Negative Test Declaration: https://www.government.nl/topics/coronavirus-covid-19/documents/forms/2020/12/04/coronavirus-negative-test-declaration-form; and
- Make a paid express (rapid) antigen-test – it must be taken at Minsk airport within 4 hours before departure of flight B2867. The cost of the test is up to 15-20 euro (converted into Belarusian rubles on the date of departure).
- All information about cost and payment of the test you can find on https://en.belavia.by/covid_restriction_information/
