Belavia has extended the certificate of an aircraft operator

From October 25 to October 29, the Department for Aviation of the Republic of Belarus carried out an inspection of the airline in order to extend the certificate of an aircraft operator. At the conclusion of the inspection the certificate of an aircraft operator was extended for a maximum period of 2 years.

The certificate of an aircraft operator is the main document certifying the compliance of the airline with the established legislative requirements. Availability of this document is a mandatory condition for the operation of aircraft by an air carrier for commercial value.

The flight service of the airline, engineering and technical service, and flight attendant division passed the inspection. Special attention was paid to the functioning of the flight operations safety management system. Belavia has confirmed its status of the modern and safe airline, that meets the requirements of the international civil aviation standards.
