Changes in the entry rules to Turkmenistan

Please, pay your attention that all the passengers of the airline arriving in Turkmenistan must have the documents listed below:

• completed “Passenger Health Determination Form”;
• COVID-19 vaccination certificate.

Exception:

• citizens of Turkmenistan;
• foreign citizens arriving in Turkmenistan on an official visit, as well as employees of foreign diplomatic missions, consular offices, international organizations accredited in Turkmenistan, their relatives and guests, and employees of diplomatic missions of Turkmenistan abroad;
• passengers presenting a “positive” COVID-19 test result, indicating that the passenger has had the disease.

Furthermore, all the passengers arriving in Turkmenistan are subject to mandatory express testing for COVID-19.
