Belavia Leader services will be temporarily unavailable

Belavia Leader Loyalty Program begins the transition to a new platform on June 1. In this regard, from June 1 to June 27, the possibility of registering new members and adding unaccounted flights will be suspended, and from June 3, the program members will not be able to use their personal accounts on the website and in the mobile application, including awards.

All award tickets, issued before June 2, will be valid. Flight dates can still be changed.

When will the points be accrued for unaccounted flights performed before May 31?
All points for the flights, performed before May 31, will be accrued upon the completion of the transition. Please, send an application to leader@belavia.by to have your points accrued.

What if a member is planning to fly in June? How to accrue points?
To accrue points, you can tell the number of a member when purchasing a ticket on the website or at sales offices, or present the card of a member at the check-in. All points will be accrued to your account after the termination of the transition to the new platform.

Will the points be accrued for purchases from the loyalty program partners?
Program members will continue to accrue points by making purchases/ using the services of Belavia Leader partners. They will be taken into account after the termination of the transition to another platform.

Will the benefits of Gold and Silver levels be available at the airport?
For check-in at the business class desk, for access to the airport business lounge, additional baggage allowance, the members  of golden and silver cards (with the current validity) must enter the number of a member in the booking and present the plastic card at the airport.
Onboard upgrades for members of the gold level are still not guaranteed and may be limited during the transition period.
