Good news: Belavia is gradually resuming its services (is being updated)
So we did it. Belavia has switched to the new air ticket booking system – Leonardo. From this day forward we are starting to restore the full operation of services which were suspended due to migration. The resumption will be carried out in stages.
Which services are available to passengers right now?
- Ticket purchase, for both Belavia direct and connecting flights - on Belavia website, in Belavia sales offices and representation offices, in Belavia agents’ offices.
- Change of the departure date - in Belavia sales offices and representation offices, in Belavia agents’ offices.
- Air ticket refund – at the point of purchase of the ticket.
- Ancillary services ( special categories of baggage; transportation of unaccompanied minors, transportation of animals – only offline (in Belavia sales offices and representation offices, in Belavia agents’ offices). Additional baggage – on website Belavia too.
Features that are currently unavailable and that we are working on restoring:
- online check-in
- purchase of seats in the cabin
- registration of any services through the payment system "РАСЧЕТ"
- mobile app
- services of Belavia Leader program: personal account; registration of premium tickets, selection of seats in the cabin for members of elite levels.
Follow the news! We will promptly inform you when the next services will be restored. Spoiler: we plan to resume online check-in tomorrow, on September 3 (so far without the possibility of choosing a seat).
