• The ticket purchased under the Promo tariff is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, and the number of seats on the flight in the Promo tariff brand is limited.
• The combination of the Promo tariff brand with other available brands is allowed – read the exchange/refund rules here.

Do I need to enter the promo code on belavia.by? No. Specify the desired route and search for tickets of tariff brand «Promo» (marked with light green cornflower).

The maximum period of stay at the destination on the round-trip route is 1 month.

Promo tickets can be purchased on the official website belavia.by, at sales offices and from agents.

When using a ticket, you must follow the order of the route, starting from the first airport of departure. If the ticket is not used on the first leg, seats will be cancelled on the entire onward route. For example, you bought a promotional ticket Minsk-Moscow-Minsk, but then decided to go to Moscow by car. You will not be able to fly back to Minsk on the purchased ticket. Furthermore, the money for the ticket will not be refunded.

Discounts for children aged 2 to 12 years do not apply to tickets purchased under the Promo tariff.
