Business Lounge

Make your trip more pleasant and comfortable with the additional Service* «Business Lounge» at the Minsk National Airport.

You can use the Service when travelling on direct scheduled and charter flights of Belavia.

The Service can be purchased either on the website belavia.by (during the flight booking or later in the «Booking Status» section and also during online check-in) or at the ticket offices of airline or agents, but no later than 2 hours before the flight departure.

A passenger with a completed Service must apply for an invitation to the Business Lounge at the economy class check-in desk at the airport and present it at the Business Lounge’s entrance.

Children under the age of 2 can use the Business Lounge for free (in the company of an adult passenger who has issued the Service). The cost of the Service for children over 2 years old is the same as for an adult passenger.

The Business Lounge is available for a maximum of 3 (three) hours. Every extra hour of stay is paid by the passenger at own cost according to the current tariff of the Minsk National Airport directly in the Business Lounge.

Other services available to business class passengers at the airport (for example, pre-flight security check in priority order, priority boarding, etc.) are not provided as part of this Service.

It is possible to return the Service:

  • if the passenger requests a refund no later than 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure;
  • when returning a ticket if the check-in for the flight was not performed (within one year from the date of the Service purchase).

The refund is made at the place of purchase of the Service in the currency and form of payment specified in the receipt.
