Suspension of flights to airports in Ukraine, Poland and Cyprus

Due to the suspension of international air traffic in some countries in connection with the coronavirus situation, Belavia suspends flights on the following routes:

• Ukraine (Kiev, Lviv, Odessa, Kharkov) – from 17.03.2020 to 31.03.2020;
• Cyprus (Larnaca) - from 15.03.2020 to 30.03.2020;
• Poland (Warsaw) - from 15.03.2020 to 27.03.2020.

Refund or change of departure date for cancelled flights can be made before 31 December 2020.

You can contact the airline's ticket offices and representative offices, as well as the support service on this issue at any time until the end of 2020, you do not need to do this right now, all your ticket data is stored in our system, so you can contact us after the expected date of flight, giving the number of your ticket. You can change your flight date only once. You have a few months to think about when you want to fly on this ticket next time.

In case of request for refund or exchange for flights that are operated and not cancelled (group or individual fare) - refund and exchange will be made in accordance with fare rules.
